Full-time employees and their dependents are eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following your date of hire.
You may enroll your eligible dependents in many of the same plans you chose for yourself. Eligible dependents include:
*Domestic partner has taxable income implications & you must complete a form registering your domestic partner. Opposite sex & same-sex are eligible.
The choices you make when you first become eligible remain in effect for the remainder of the plan year. It’s important to review your medical options and choose the best coverage for you and your family.

Each year, you need to decide if you want to participate in a Flexible Spending Account. You must designate the amount you want to set aside from each paycheck (amount cannot exceed annual IRS limits).
