Welcome to alliant 2027 Open Enrollment

November 9 – 20, 2026

Open Enrollment is a once-a-year opportunity to enroll in or make changes to your benefits coverage. For 2027, employee premiums will change, but all benefit vendors and plan designs will remain the same.

During Open Enrollment, you can:

• Change any of your existing benefits
• Add or remove dependents
• Elect FSA contributions (contribution elections do not automatically roll over and must be re-elected each year)
• Elect HSA contributions (contribution elections do not automatically roll over and must be re-elected each year; unlike FSA contribution elections, HSA contributions elections can be changed during the year)
• Verify and update your beneficiaries (available year-round)

How to Enroll or Make Changes

Follow these steps to enroll in or make changes to your benefits.

1. Learn More About Our Plans

Review this site: Here you’ll find in-depth information about each benefit, as well as access to important forms and documents.

2. Determine Your Needs

Take time to consider your past expenses to help you estimate the amount of health care you will require in the upcoming year.

3. Enroll Online

Log in to Workday to enroll in or make changes to your benefits November 9 – November 20, 2026. You can also enroll in Workday on your phone using the Workday app!

4. Confirm & Submit Your Enrollment by November 20

Review your confirmation summary statement to make sure your benefits and dependent information are correct. Please email your benefits team at peopleexperience@alliantgroup.com with any questions.
